Description
These are the original genuine Roland inks, not a compatible alternative. Eco-Sol MAX is Roland's award-winning eco-solvent ink, developed for its own machines and still the ink that keeps a large installed base of SOLJET and VersaCAMM printers running alongside the VersaSTUDIO BN-20 series.
It is a high-density ink with a wide colour gamut, which shows itself in exceptionally bright reds, greens and blues, crisp text with sharply defined edges, and gradations that stay smooth. For banners, signs and decals that have to work across a car park, that density is the difference.
Prints dry quickly and bond aggressively, so work can be handled straight off the printer on most substrates. That matters for productivity: take-up systems run unattended through long production runs, including in high-speed mode.
Outdoors, Eco-Sol MAX holds up for three years or more without lamination and resists scratching well enough to survive the finishing that outdoor work demands, welding, sewing and grommeting included.
The ink is GREENGUARD certified for low VOC emissions, virtually odourless, and needs no special ventilation or extraction. It is built to work with Roland VersaWorks, where the supplied media profiles make good output the starting point rather than the goal.
