DIGINK DTF Hot Melt Powder is a white powder formulated to resist dye migration and bleeding on dark or dyed fabrics. On polyester, sportswear, and other fabrics prone to bleed at high temperatures, it maintains the purity and brightness of the white ink layer, keeping your colours true and your whites clean after pressing.
Wash Resistance
DIGINK DTF Hot Melt Powder achieves Grey Scale Rating 4–4.5 at 40°C/104°F wash and 4.5–5 for dry cleaning, exceeding industry standards for high-end apparel. For intensive-use applications such as workwear and uniforms, it maintains integrity at higher wash temperatures, making it equally suitable for industrial and consumer garments.
Consistent Performance
Particle size of 80–170 µm ensures even distribution across the printed surface, with a melting point of 110-115 °C/230-239°F for reliable curing at standard press settings. Fast and consistent activation means shorter cycle times and fewer reprints.

Instructions for Use
- Print the design onto DTF film using DIGINK or any DTF ink
- Apply DIGINK powder evenly over the wet ink and shake off excess
- Heat-cure at 110–130°C/ 230-266 °F to activate the powder
- Press at 140–160°C/ 284-320°F for 8–12 seconds to transfer
- Peel and finish
Safety
Always operate in a well-ventilated area. Wear appropriate PPE including an N95 mask, protective goggles, gloves, and a full-body suit. Avoid inhaling powder or curing fumes. Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry, well-ventilated location away from heat sources. Refer to the Safety Data Sheet for full handling, transport, and storage protocols.
