Description
DIGIMEDIA VisionClear PET Laminate is engineered for one critical job: protecting the print on perforated one-way-vision film while preserving the clearest possible see-through effect. Unlike standard laminates that merely protect the printed surface, this film also covers the holes of the perforated substrate — which means it must be optically transparent to avoid blocking the view from inside.
At 38 microns, VisionClear is extremely rigid and stable, which prevents it from being pulled into the perforated holes during application. This eliminates the so-called "golf ball effect" — a common problem with softer laminates that sink into the perforations, reducing transparency and distorting the image. The result is a flawless, smooth surface that maintains both print quality and unobstructed vision from the interior.
The adhesive is a clear, permanent solvent polyacrylate system providing excellent bonding strength (9 N/25 mm) and strong initial tack. The PET liner (23 µm) ensures dimensional stability and easy, accurate application.
DIGIMEDIA VisionClear PET Laminate is the recommended laminate for use with DIGIMEDIA VisionClear OWV Perforated Film and other compatible one-way-vision substrates.
